Functions much like athletic taped knees with its added support in multiple directions and lateral stabilization. I can't think of a more useful tool for delaying costly, invasive and sometimes questionable surgeries until better cartilage replacement shots become widely available to the general public.

First night my hands fell asleep, I had them to tight. I was used to the other gautds I had. As soon as I found the right adjustment, every night so far has been improved.

I just replaced one I had before which was worn out.

I ski with it and it really helps my knee with stability with out being too bulky or uncomfortable

I wear this after my long runs to help with the inflammation. The compression is perfect and recovery feels much faster.

I had a slight (but very painful) fracture of my patella for which I had to wear a brace for six weeks. I purchased this so that I could get into the pool and at least move my arms and hips, even with my straight leg. It made a world of difference and although it's not designed to be waterproof, it dried very quickly. Once I was done with the big brace, I wore this for a couple of months for extra support. It's so comfortable. Highly recommend.

I put it on in the morning and sometimes forget I'm wearing it. It’s very soft against the skin and doesn't cause any itching.

I have bad knees after a couple dislocations, and while packing to move did something to trigger pain in one of them pretty badly. My old brace was starting to fall apart and needed replacing, so I did some research and landed on this one. I don’t know that I believe all the claims made on the packaging, but I’m very happy with it after a week of use. It’s easy to get off and on, stays comfortably in place, and is a lot less bulky than my old one. Big big plus for not being a slip-on neoprene sleeve, I can’t stand those.. It really helped me get back on my feet.

My ACL is torn in half and my meniscus is gone. I use this brace for tennis and it works great. No knee pain.. It really helped me get back on my feet.
