Loved it, it helped a lot with pain in the knees. I work at a daycare and my knee was starting to hurt from all the kneeling down

Very good hold and support, fro both the sides of the knee and the patella. The patella support is thicker than others and provides good support and protection in case of falling or bumping. Good velcro (I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, we'll see over time, but it feels better than others I tried).
